Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, applicants and campus guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls, provide general information, and take accurate messages.
- Respond to basic inquiries about UG Programs, application processes and office procedures.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
- Assist with data entry, filing, document preparation, and other administrative tasks.
- Support admissions events, including information sessions and campus visits.
- Collaborate with admissions staff to ensure smooth daily operations and timely communication.

Qualifications
- Must be a full-time student at Florida Gulf Coast University, at the time of hire and throughout the appointment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with email, phone systems, and basic office software.
- Prior customer service or administration experience preferred.
