Job Description
Typical duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with departmental administrative tasks and projects.
- Support faculty and staff with scheduling, correspondence, and organization.
- Maintain and organize departmental records and files.
- Support department events, meetings, and activities.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and other materials.
- Assist with student and faculty communications.
- Help coordinate departmental projects and initiatives.
- Conduct basic research or information gathering as assigned.
- Provide general office and program support.
- Assist with special projects related to Health Sciences.

Required Qualifications:
- Must be a current FGCU graduate student cleared to receive an assistantship.
- Must be in good conduct standing with the University.

Schedule: Up to 20 hours/week, with a preference for morning hours, Monday-Thursday.
