Job Summary
Job Description
Essential Duties:
- Assist in planning, setup, and execution for Men’s & Women’s Basketball game days, Night at the Nest, FGCU Eagles Golf Classic, Hall of Fame Ceremony, Academic Honors Luncheon, and basketball tailgate parties
- Welcome and assist donors, sponsors, alumni, and VIP guests, providing exceptional customer service and a positive hospitality experience
- Support event logistics, including room setup, signage placement, décor, giveaways, and inventory management
- Coordinate with Athletics staff, volunteers, vendors, caterers, and campus partners to ensure events run smoothly
- Assist with administrative and special projects as assigned
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be a currently enrolled FGCU student.
- Must be in good conduct standing.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others to accomplish goals.
- Must have a professional attitude while serving our Eagles Club clientele.
